2. Rights and Obligations

User Rights: Access to the platform's public information, the right to request consultancy quotes through official channels.

User Obligations: To provide correct and verifiable information in any communication; not to use the platform's content for fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe intellectual property rights.

Tamarindo Hotels Obligations: To provide analyses and recommendations based on professional expertise; to maintain data confidentiality according to the Privacy Policy.

3. Limitation of Liability

Tamarindo Hotels assumes no liability for:

• Business decisions or technical implementations made by the client based on our analyses.
• Revenue losses or project delays caused by external factors.
• Changes in local legislation affecting the feasibility of technical recommendations.

All estimates and projections presented are indicative and do not constitute performance guarantees.

4. Payment and Withdrawal Conditions

Detailed consultancy services are invoiced according to signed quotes. Any price presented on the platform is estimated and non-binding.

The right to withdraw from the contract is regulated by the applicable Romanian legislation for service contracts. "Money-back guarantee" or "fast money" policies do not apply.

5. Modification and Termination of Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified by publishing the revised version on the platform.

Access to restricted sections or client accounts may be suspended in case of a flagrant violation of these terms.
